Privacy Policy

Multisourcer sells curated digital bundles for creators and AI operators. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you. It is written for launch and should be kept current as the product, vendors, and jurisdictions expand.

Information we collect

  • Contact information, such as your name and email address when you join the waitlist, request support, submit a commission request, or receive a purchase receipt.
  • Transaction information, such as product selected, order status, checkout session identifiers, refund status, and fulfillment records.
  • Payment information is processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on Multisourcer systems.
  • Email delivery information, such as delivery status, bounce events, and receipt metadata handled through Resend.
  • Product and rights metadata, such as license source, contributor credit, usage scope, and download grant status needed to deliver digital products responsibly.
  • Technical information, such as device, browser, IP address, pages visited, timestamps, and security logs used to operate, protect, and improve the site.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide the storefront, checkout, download, email receipt, and customer support flows.
  • Process payments, refunds, fraud checks, and tax or accounting records.
  • Send transactional emails through Resend, including receipts, download links, and support responses.
  • Maintain product license records and rights gates for PLR, AIBM, mixed-source, and original artwork products.
  • Improve reliability, security, product quality, and launch analytics.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Service providers

We use service providers to run the business. Current launch providers include Stripe for payments and checkout, Resend for email delivery, hosting and infrastructure providers for the site and storage, and database or analytics providers used to operate the product. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own unrelated purposes.

No sale of personal information

We do not sell personal information. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly used under California privacy law. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide any required opt-out mechanism before doing so.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies or similar technologies for site functionality, security, checkout, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling some cookies may affect checkout, downloads, or account-support flows.

GDPR notice

If you are in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the storefront, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to request portability of certain data.

California privacy notice

California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out of certain sharing of personal information. Multisourcer does not sell personal information. To exercise available rights, contact us using the information below. We will verify requests as required by law.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide products and support, comply with tax, accounting, payment, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Download and order records may be kept to confirm purchase rights, refund eligibility, and license compliance.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for a launch-stage digital storefront. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us promptly if you believe your information or download link has been misused.

International transfers

Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Children

Multisourcer is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
