Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to Multisourcer digital products purchased through our storefront. Digital products are delivered electronically and can be copied after access, so refund eligibility depends on whether the product has been downloaded.

Standard refund rule

You may request a refund within 14 days after purchase if the purchased digital product has not been downloaded, accessed through a download token, or otherwise delivered in a way that makes the files available to you.

Once a product has been downloaded, we do not provide refunds except where required by law or where Multisourcer confirms a duplicate charge, failed fulfillment, or material delivery error that we cannot reasonably fix.

Why downloads affect eligibility

Our products are digital files and license packages. After download, the product cannot be returned in the same way as a physical good. We use download records, Stripe checkout records, email delivery records, and fulfillment logs to confirm eligibility.

How to request a refund

Email support@multisourcer.com within 14 days of purchase and include:

  • The email address used at checkout.
  • The Stripe receipt or checkout session identifier, if available.
  • The product name.
  • A short description of the issue.

We may ask for additional information to verify the purchase and download status.

Processing approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Timing depends on Stripe, your bank, card network, or payment provider. Access to downloads may be disabled after a refund is approved.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Products already downloaded or accessed through a download link.
  • Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Change-of-mind requests after download.
  • Misuse of checkout, download, or refund flows.
  • Products purchased from a third-party marketplace under that marketplace's refund rules.

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If local law gives you additional rights, we will honor those rights.
