Terms of Service

Last updated: June 15, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Multisourcer, including our storefront, digital bundles, checkout, downloads, commission requests, and related services. By buying, downloading, submitting information, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

What Multisourcer provides

Multisourcer sells curated digital products, workflows, prompts, templates, and digital assets for creators and AI operators. Some products include third-party source materials, public label rights materials, AIBM-derived materials, commissioned artwork, original contributor artwork, or mixed-source assets. Product pages may include additional license notes that are part of these Terms.

Accounts, checkout, and delivery

You agree to provide accurate information when you buy a product, request support, join a waitlist, upload art, or submit a commission request. Stripe processes checkout and payment information. After successful payment, we may deliver download links by email through Resend or through the site. Download links may be time-limited, token-protected, or otherwise controlled to protect the product and license records.

License to purchased digital products

Unless a product page states different terms, after purchase and successful delivery we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and use the purchased digital product for your own personal or internal business use.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or make the product available as a standalone file or competing product.
  • Remove rights notices, attribution, license metadata, or source disclosures.
  • Use the product in a way that violates law, infringes third-party rights, or breaches a source license.
  • Train, fine-tune, or evaluate a model on purchased files unless the product page expressly permits that use.
  • Represent third-party, PLR, AIBM, commissioned, or contributor-sourced assets as solely authored by you.

PLR, AIBM, and original art disclosures

Multisourcer uses a rights-aware launch gate. Product metadata may identify source catalog, source license type, rights status, restricted actions, attribution, and CLO review status.

  • PLR products may include public label rights or resale-rights materials. Your use is limited by the product page and the applicable source license. Do not assume that every PLR product permits resale, model training, trademark use, or unrestricted redistribution.
  • AIBM products may include materials from an AIBM-labeled internal or licensed source. Your rights are limited to the use rights displayed for that product and any source restrictions we disclose.
  • Original artwork and contributor artwork may be used only within the scope cleared for the product. Public launch requires accepted contributor agreement terms, usage scope, credit metadata, and approval status. Credits must not be removed where required.
  • Mixed-source products may combine original, licensed, PLR, AIBM, stock, generated, or commissioned materials. The most restrictive disclosed license term controls the relevant asset.

If license metadata on a product page conflicts with these default Terms, the more specific and more restrictive product-page term controls.

User submissions

If you submit artwork, commission briefs, prompts, files, feedback, or other content, you represent that you have the rights needed to submit it and that it does not infringe third-party rights. You grant Multisourcer the rights needed to review, store, process, display, and use the submission for the requested workflow, including legal review, commission evaluation, product preparation, and customer support.

Intellectual property

Multisourcer and its licensors retain all rights in the site, brand, templates, product packaging, software, content, and materials not expressly licensed to you. No rights are granted by implication. Multisourcer trademarks may not be used without written permission.

Payments, taxes, and refunds

Prices are displayed at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and accurate purchase information. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including the launch standard that digital products are eligible for a 14-day refund only if they have not been downloaded, and are not refundable after download except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape protected downloads, abuse refund or download flows, upload malware, submit unlawful content, or use Multisourcer to infringe rights or violate applicable law.

Disclaimers

Digital products are provided as-is and as-available. We do not promise that a product will produce a specific business, creative, legal, tax, financial, ranking, or revenue result. License disclosures are designed to make permitted use clear, but they are not legal advice for your specific use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Multisourcer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the storefront, product lines, providers, and compliance program evolve. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.
